Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead our Catalog Listing Audit efforts across the business. This role is a high-impact role that contributes directly to improving the overall quality of the catalog, which has a direct impact on our customers, both sellers, and buyers. This role is also expected to be a people leader, managing a team of auditors and ensuring the quality, trustworthiness, and safety of our catalog listings.

What You Will Do

• Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of Catalog audit operators, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Oversight: Define and drive the strategic direction for the catalog listing audit efforts, ensuring alignment with Coupang's priorities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our auditors, ensuring that audit processes are consistent, effective, and meeting set targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between the Cx Audit team and other senior leadership within Coupang, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the compilation and presentation of high-level reports, distilling complex data into actionable insights for senior management.
• Resource management: Optimize resource allocation by advocating for necessary tools, personnel, and budget to effectively support audit operators in their responsibilities.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and efficacy of the audit process.
• Talent Development: Focus on team growth, identifying training needs, and ensuring the team has the skills and resources required to excel.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Program(or Project) Management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in an audit or quality assurance role
• Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce, or a similar domain
• Proficient English and Taiwanese skills
