Job Description

 Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer for a 6 Month Fixed Term position based at our Balcatta Office in Perth.

The Digital Content Producer will Support the E&R Digital and Business Transformation through producing content for a consumer facing mobile app and our different digital channels.

 Job scope:

  • Writing, scheduling and updating on demand, creative content on app, digital screens and website
  • Create, schedule and manage, in-app notification and email campaigns
  • Assists in the implementation of tracking and measure content impact and engagement.
  • Identifies opportunities for audience development and growth through analysis of digital customer behavior.
  • Supports the development of digital marketing multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty.
  • Production of imagery and video content using Adobe design, Canvas and other design tools.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for driving consumer engagement aligning both off and online consumer experience.
  • Manage content and communications planning to improve consumer engagement.
  • Support the Mobilisation Manager to conduct promotion roadshows of the App.
  • Support the establishment of the digital campaigns processes and practices.
  • Analysis of Application Insights to advise on strategic digital content planning.
  • Development of consumer app content liaising closely with Business SMEs.
  • Ensure consistent “tone of the voice” and branding.
  • Manage internal contributors to adhere to content deadlines in line with content plans.
  • Coordinate content for B2C marketing campaigns including curation of images and branding elements.
  • Management of content across digital channels to increase overall engagement and conversion rates.
  • Drive a collaborative innovation process in co-design with our staff and consumers to define the digital touch points to be addressed in order to improve resident experience.

To be successful, you’ll need:

  • Relevant experience or qualification in Marketing or Communications, with a focus on digital. Although not essential would be favourable.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Advanced experience in content management systems.
  • Advanced experience creating digital campaigns and content.
  • Digital Agency experience, although not essential would be favourable.
  • Basic experience in design and prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrate “can-do” winning attitude and sense of resilience.
  • Pro-active with the ability to work autonomously.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring staff to achieve Key Performance. Indicators (KPI) and quality standards.
