Responsibilities
- Participer aux fonctions RH clés telles que le recrutement, la planification des effectifs, les relations de travail, la gestion des griefs, la formation et le développement, l'engagement des employés, la santé, la sécurité et le bien-être.
- Réaliser des projets spéciaux si nécessaire et avec compétence, et être capable de gérer plusieurs missions simultanément.
- Conseiller les responsables et superviseurs des unités opérationnelles sur les politiques RH et les aider à résoudre les problèmes qui surviennent de manière créative, organisée et productive.
- Assurer une communication régulière et efficace avec les différentes parties prenantes et veiller à ce que les problèmes et les difficultés soient rapidement remontés.
- Utiliser notre système SIRH pour tous les besoins RH.
- Participer au processus d'intégration, y compris l'orientation et la documentation des nouveaux employés.
- Participer à la maintenance et au reporting du SIRH.
- Support administratif et RH pour tous les projets.
- Respecter la confidentialité et la discrétion dans toutes les interactions avec autrui afin de représenter l'organisation avec professionnalisme.

- Participate in key HR functions such as recruitment, workforce planning, labour relations, grievance management, learning and development, employee engagement, health, safety, and wellness.
- Completing special projects as necessary and capable and having the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Providing guidance to Business Unit Managers and Supervisors of HR policies and assisting with any problems that arise in a creative, organized, and productive manner
- Providing regular and effective communication with various stakeholders and ensuring issues and challenges are escalated promptly
- Utilize our HRIS system for any HR needs.
- Assist with onboarding process including new hire orientation and documentation
- Assist with HRIS maintenance and reporting
- Admin / HR support across projects business

Requirements
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, de préférence.
- Au moins deux années d'expérience professionnelle dans un environnement opérationnel ou un rôle de soutien au service à la clientèle.
- Une expérience en recrutement est un atout important.
- Bilingue (français/anglais).
- Vous travaillerez sur place à nos bureaux de Brampton (Ontario) ou de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (Québec), deux à trois jours par semaine.
- Excellente connaissance des affaires et compétences en amélioration continue.
- Connaissances générales de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of work-related experience in an operations environment or client service support role
- Experience in recruitment is considered a strong asset
- Bilingual (French/English)
- You will be required to work on site at our Brampton, ON or St Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC location 2-3 days a week.
- Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Etc.)
