JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to ensure operational excellence in tax processes for Brazil, driving compliance, automation, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a team that champions efficiency and innovation in tax operations, enabling Unilever to meet regulatory obligations while leveraging digital transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Indirect Tax processes including import/export, monthly tax reports, and accounting reconciliations.
- Coordinate status and priority meetings with Tax Compliance and UniOps teams.
- Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and control tax parameter flows.
- Support tax controversy cases by handling documentation requests.
- Collaborate on Withholding Tax (WHT) processes and SLA mitigation with P2P and Advisory teams.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and official reporting for direct and indirect taxes.
- Provide support to other countries for automation and process enhancements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate.
- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax regulations for Brazil.
- Experience in tax operations and compliance within multinational environments.
- Proficiency in automation and data analysis tools (Python, Excel).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- ENGLISH or SPANISH advanced.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable
