Job Description

We are looking for a Conversation Designer (m/f/x) in Portugal/Poland/Moldova/Czech Republic, to design conversational experiences for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational AI systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create a natural and engaging dialogue flow that delivers a seamless user experience;

  • Develop conversation designs for chatbots, voice assistants, and other conversational AI systems;

  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of conversation designs into the overall user experience;

  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points, and develop solutions to address them;

  • Create dialogue flows, intents, and responses that align with the users expectations and goals;

  • Test, refine, and iterate conversation designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Languages: proficiency in English and one of the additional languages German/Italian/French is a must.

  • Experience with conversation design tools, such as Omilia, Amilia, Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson or other;

  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies;

  • Experience with user research and analysis, including conducting surveys and usability tests;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

  • Strong knowledge with Genesys/Cisco/Asterisk or similar software.

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction or Communication Design;

Experience requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience as a conversation designer.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and UX designers

  • Experienced working with remote teams, applying agile methodologies, and possessing effective communication and presentation skills with teams.
