You will assist the team with various tasks related to Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting, reporting, and analysing commercial results. Job Description
Planning and Forecasting:
Assist the Senior Controller in budget planning, focusing on technical and process setup
Reconcile financial data across systems
Analyze plan submissions
Check planning quality for errors, consistency, and plausibility, suggesting improvements
Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in preparing monthly reporting packages
Provide insights and analysis on business performance
Help consolidate stakeholder feedback
Business Partnering:
Assist the Senior Controller in budget review meetings preparation
Visualize and present data
Perform ad-hoc analysis
QualificationsRelevant diploma or degree with core subjects being Management Accounting and/or Financial Management.
Recent graduate with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent management accounting/finance management knowledge.
Strong reconciliation and analytic skills.
Driven self-starter with energy and enthusiasm to work efficiently within a team.
Well organized and having the ability to work under pressure.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
First class oral and written communication skills.
Microsoft Excel intermediate to advanced level.
First experience with SAP/BI is a plus.
