We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Contract Operations Intern to join our dynamic and fast-growing team
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize contract-related documentation, ensuring proper filing, registration, and archiving in both digital and physical formats
- Assist with administrative tasks related to contract management and document workflows
- Support compliance with document security, confidentiality, and retention requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support document collection, processing, and record-keeping activities
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
- Accurate, detail-oriented personality, ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Strong time management skills
- Interpersonal skills, ability to develop effective working relations with colleagues
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
