The Opportunity: The Contract Recruiter will collaborate with the People team and business leaders by managing all stages of the Recruitment Life Cycle from sourcing candidates through interview and selection. At Syncro we know there is always a better way, so this position will also play a critical role in improving and innovating the way we attract top talent. You will be working 100% remotely.

This is a 3 month, contracted 10-99 position with the potential to be a longer term contract, if mutually desired. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the sourcing, initial outreach and screening process for various positions including Tech, GTM, and Operations.
  • Proven experience using LinkedIn Talent
  • Partner with our People Ops Coordinator to manage requisitions and candidate flow in our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Work closely with the Talent Development Manager, Sr. HR Generalist, and department managers to fully understand each position's needs.
  • Ensure candidates are reflected in Greenhouse and maintain accurate ATS records
  • Maintain and review recruiting reports through Greenhouse
  • Acts as a consultant to our Talent team to provide them with best practices and thoughtful collaboration during the recruiting process

Must have skills:

  • Experience as a recruiter sourcing, screening, and hiring different types of positions (with a focus on technical positions) at a variety of levels (individual contributors/managers).
  • Ability to conduct thoughtful 1st round screens to identify top talent.
  • High tact and EQ, able to navigate conversations with candidates, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidate streams/flow
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Greenhouse ATS experience is required
