The Opportunity
Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced project hire Recruiter to play a pivotal role in supporting our rapidly expanding operations across the Philippines. You will drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for key disciplines. You will build and nurture consultative relationships with Allegro’s Human Resources team, internal hiring managers, site leaders, and business partners, ensuring a seamless and effective recruitment experience. This position requires a self-directed, organized, and highly motivated individual capable of managing sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. This role is temporary for a defined period.
What You Will Do
Execute the full life-cycle recruitment process encompassing strategic sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Oversee the organization and administration of your individual end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with leadership to define and implement a successful recruiting strategy, including sourcing methodologies, talent attraction campaigns, streamlined interview processes, and an exceptional candidate experience.
Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert for hiring managers, providing insights into regional market trends, competitive intelligence, and effective talent attraction strategies.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant data protection legislation and local employment laws throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment. This includes demonstrated experience recruiting across technical and non-technical disciplines.
Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and sourcing passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Sound problem-solving and analytical capabilities; proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus (e.g., MS Excel).
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels within a distributed organizational structure.
Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is highly preferred.
