The Gogo CONTRACT Facilities Coordinator role will support the Gogo office in Melbourne, Florida.  You will work closely with the Facilities Director to ensure that the Gogo facility group maintains superior customer service to our employees in the Melbourne location. In this role you would be responsible for ensuring the functionality, appearance and safety of our office.

How will you make a difference?

  • Provide facilities and office coordinator services (conference room set up/breakdown for meetings, keeping conference rooms tidy, stocking break rooms and supply rooms, ordering supplies, cleaning refrigerators, managing office equipment, etc.) 
  • Provide direction/information to vendors, service providers, and property managers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within Gogo’s environment with minimal disruption, as needed
  • Ensure the office environment complies with health and safety regulations
  • Assists with related special projects as required (i.e., bidding out a particular service or purchase and installation of workstations)
     

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree with preferred studies in Business Management, Real Estate or Construction Management. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in property management, construction management, or facilities
  • This will be a 6-month contract to start

  • Strong communication skills, paying meticulous attention to detail and follow-up skills are required
  • Demonstrated leadership, responsiveness and creativity in finding solutions for Facilities’ customer service delivery
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow with a minimum of supervision

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Talents

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and enterprise software solutions such as Oracle, Business Central, Salesforce, etc.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
