We are seeking a senior communications manager for the Zoom Phone sales organization that will be responsible for designing and implementing an internal enablement content structure and delivery strategy. The ability to filter and distill down key sales messaging for maximum impact is a critical success factor for this role. This role will be responsible for messaging strategies, internal narratives, content and messaging for internal audiences, and communication plans as it relates to our sales specialist product portfolio. This role is intended to be very strategic as this team is responsible for acting as the Zoom Phone product specialist enablement for target sales audiences, partnering cross-functionally internally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications & Content Strategy
Create enablement communications for Head of Zoom Phone Global Sales and Go To Market, including presentations, web content, messaging, videos, and webinars.
Create Quarterly Sales Briefing Package, Launch Toolkits, Hot Topics bulletins, Quick Reference guides, etc.
Create & Deliver relevant presentations content, templates and frameworks
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
Custom Content | Presentations | Slide Makeovers | Pitch Decks | Sales Collateral | Proposals | Executive Summaries | Training Materials
Create approach to highlight Win Stories/Best Practices - build out collateral and be involved in shaping tools to share
Develop content for high impact Product Positioning for internal sales consumption - work cross functionally with product marketing, product management and sales teams to ensure the highest impact sales product positioning
Knowledge Assets management - Guru, training mediums (Workramp, new hire basecamp)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Must understand business telephony (Cloud & Premises PBX)
7+ years internal/external communications in varied fields, such as organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations
Desired but not required Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communication, or journalism.
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Self motivated individual with the ability to work in a changing environment
Excellent communicator
Strong presentation skills to create succinct and engaging sales messaging, training material and supporting documents
Experience leading others with product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
