The role
We’re seeking a savvy, intellectually curious, and dynamic self-starter to join our team as a Web Producer, supporting our MIC (Money, Invest, Credit Card) team. You’ll be part of our Web Strategy team, which is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for our visitors and members. You will report to our Senior Web Marketing Manager and you will plan, develop, and execute digital marketing initiatives and materials on SoFi.com. Our goal is to be the center of our members’ financial lives, and to help every member get their money right - and our website is essential to that goal.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, manage and execute web projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; manage stakeholder expectations to ensure all teams are aligned on strategy and delivery, align with rest of team on resource allocation and timing
- Align and organize cross-functional teams comprised of strategists, experience designers, creative and content teams, compliance, engineering, and QA resources for Web initiatives
- Leverage data - both qualitative and quantitative to inform strategy and recommendations
- Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery
- Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones
- Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed
- Establish & help maintain schedules, and overall project scopes
- Update content, make small code adjustments, and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests and maintenance.
- Identify and implement opportunities based on competitive research and self-service tools
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years proven experience managing project types across multiple teams such as: website redesigns, digital campaigns, experiments, and microsites; financial services experience a plus
- Deep experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Superior communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization
- Well-organized, detail oriented, and resourceful
- Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
- Intermediate understanding of HTML & CSS
- Experience with Google Analytics, or a similar analytics tool, or a strong desire to learn and become certified in GA
- Experience working with CMS (content management systems), preferably Wordpress
- Familiarity with various project management systems, such as Agile, Kanban, and must have experience with JIRA
