SUMMARY:
Our Global Demand Generation team is responsible for driving traffic and conversions on our website through a variety of digital activities and we are looking for the right candidate to help us take user's web experience to the next level.
The Website Manager will be responsible for ensuring that M-Files delivers a best-in-class user experience to all global website visitors in terms of functionality, content presentation and brand continuity as well as to provide support to all web-based systems and tools used throughout the organization. This is a hands-on role and an opportunity to join a fast growing marketing organization and help drive business.
**NOTE: This role needs to be located in the United States. Regardless of location the expectation is to be working East Coast hours for cross-functional and team collaboration with our European counterparts.**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Web/landing page creation
- Publishing new content assets to the website (E.g. events/webinars, eBooks, whitepapers, press releases, blog articles, podcasts, video, etc.)
- Management of code/scripts placements across web properties
- Perform website content updates
- Assist with the implementation of agency-driven technical and on-page search performance optimizations
- Identify and address global website issues
- Manage hosting provider relationship
- Management of agency relationships as needed
- Managing processes and communications related to website changes or service interruptions that may impact business operations
- Coordinate the localization process of website content translation for all site supported languages
- Assist with domain acquisitions and initial site configurations in support of marketing/sales initiatives
- Leverage analytics, insights, research, and our internal team to recommend and drive user experience enhancements to meet and exceed expectations.
- The creation and circulation of monthly website performance reports showing website visitation (global/regional) by channel as well as facilitate ad hoc website analytics reporting requests
Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelors Degree - College degree or equivalent work experience in marketing
- 3 - 5 years of experience managing WordPress content management system websites
- Adept in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console
- Proficiency working with web code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a working understanding of web and mobile development best practices
- Well-versed in basic and intermediate SEO best practices for Google and Bing
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and provide succinct, actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Drift, HubSpot, Uberflip, Cookiebot and Wistia is a plus
- Ability to work with internal and external partners
- Attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
