Video Production Strategist
We're looking for a multitalented video producer and strategist to bring their breadth of skills and passion for storytelling to elevate SailPoint's video marketing program. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing and Web, you'll drive SailPoint's video strategy by producing, editing, and optimizing content for distribution across various channels, identifying areas where video content can tell the story copy cannot, and standardizing our video production process.
You'll help us scale volume, increase production quality, and improve engagement -- guiding how SailPoint connects with our prospects, customers, employees, partners, investors, and the media.

Responsibilities:
- Redefine and drive the global SailPoint video strategy
- Work with stakeholders across the company to socialize the video standards and help streamline our video production process
- Produce video content for SailPoint-branded sites, social channels, ads, emails, etc.
- Work closely with Creative Services to align on brand standards and asset needs
- Manage the process to intake, upload, caption, and transcript stakeholder videos
- Analyze and generate reports on video engagement/performance metrics
- Identify content gaps, opportunities and optimize videos
- Manage audio/video assets and equipment
- Create and document company-wide audio/video production standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years producing, shooting, and editing video content for online distribution
- 3+ years creating motion graphics
- Experience optimizing video for multiple distribution channels (web, social, etc.)
- Fluent with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, or equivalent video production tool
- Experience managing video and graphic production workflows
- Be comfortable producing/ingesting video from a variety of consumer-level and professional sources (Zoom, iPhone, DSLR cameras, etc.)
- Expertise with physical and digital asset management, storage, and archiving
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Work well in a collaborative environment with a variety of stakeholders
- Able to iterate quickly and efficiently
- 25- 50% travel required, depending on location
Preferred
- Previous business-to-business software/technology marketing experience
- Knowledge of podcasting production and distribution
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
