About the Role and Your Impact

As Video and Graphics Editor you will be responsible for creating and assembling creative assets that build a strong narrative and support awareness and growth of the Community brand. You will focus on long and short form content, from concept, to draft, and final delivery that spans projects including social media and advertising creative, case studies, events, and more. An ideal candidate can edit, collaborate, and design video creative and motion graphics that will be aspirational, unexpected, and drive our brand forward. You should be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and have the ability to own and complete projects independently, while thriving in a collaborative team setting.

This role sits in our Creative Studio within the Marketing team and will report to the Creative Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Blend strong visual and creative skills to concept, storyboard, and edit video and motion graphics content for Marketing campaigns.
  • Be extremely hands on, comfortable with managing aspects of art direction, production, and project management of video productions.
  • Edit short and long form videos across a multitude of formats and platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Design and animate video and motion graphic assets that help bring the Product to life for use in website, advertising, third-party channels, and more.
  • Develop process and workflow for video production, editing, documentation, and storage of assets.
  • Partner closely with Social Media, Design, and Content teams to produce campaigns and shoots with some travel involved, plus the ability to remotely manage shoots when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project deliverables and timelines.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years experience in video production for advertising or digital content, preferably in-house at a brand or agency
  • Strong graphic design background and experience with motion graphics preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a pulse on current and trending production, video and social content formats and executions
  • Professional level efficiency and advanced knowledge of editing, post-production and graphics software like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, and more.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing production environment while working remote, with the ability to travel and attend in-person shoots
