UX Manager-Content Strategy
The Digital Tech Manager manages the process of designing and developing user engagement experiences for a variety of applications. While owning policy and strategy implementation for short-term results, this job approves and implements functional requirements and the translations into detail design documents. This job manages the team that works to research and develop design parameters, performance characteristics, and technical specifications of all products and components.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages user experiences regarding any system, looking at things like ease of use, perception of the value of the system, utility and efficiency in performing tasks.
- Develops and implements strategy to ensure user needs and business requirements are represented in features and functionality of system.
- Reviews and approves process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level user design strategies.
- Designs complex system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- Manages department budget, purchases equipment and supplies.
- Enhances new products, processes, standards or operational plans for user experience that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback, and directs the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional service and development of team.

The UX Manager - Content Strategy will play anessential leadership role in helping to drive first-in-class digital products and experiences for TIAA.
- This role will beaproject leaderwith proven experience in content strategy, UX writing and digital design - and a high-profile position in a fast moving UX Solutions organization where collaboration and a dedication to creating excellence are paramount.
Potential Salary: $194,565.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
