Uplandme, Inc. was founded in 2018 by three serial entrepreneurs. The game launched into open beta in January 2020 and became the largest blockchain game just eight months later. Available for iOS, Android, and the mobile web, Upland uses blockchain technology to power "true ownership" of digital assets.
To expand its reach beyond blockchain aficionados and towards a mass-market audience, we are looking for a detail-oriented User Generated Content Lead to coordinate and manage our UGC program.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Company's operational UGC content review and approval function
• Review various 2D/3D models in various states, perform qualitative and quantitive validations to accept or reject the models
• Define and improve existing processes and frameworks for content reviel and approval
• Contribute to new ideas and prototyping on specific to the Company's application features
• Research and assist with structured analysis to achieve insights on large-scale and transformative and engaging in-game events
• Evaluate research and initiatives and help prepare recommendations to the Company's senior leadership team
• Collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders to drive content initiatives from start to finish
• Establish credibility, foster collaboration, and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a 2D/3D designer or Quality Assurance Lead in gaming, mobile and social applications
• 2+ years in a Lead or Management role with supervisory responsibilities
• Working knowledge of Blender, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Figma
• Experience working with Kanban tools such as Trello, JIRA, ClickUp is a plus
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete a high-volume of projects simultaneously with efficiency, and with minimal error
• The ability to Incorporate feedback and take and give direction well
• The ability to build relationships and effectively communicate across company disciplines
• Be a resilient self-starter and a creative problem solver that can adjust to change
• Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
• Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus
