FLASH is looking for a self-starting, motivated candidate with effective written and verbal communication skills to fill the position of Technical Content Writer within the Internal Training Team.
In this position, you will become a subject matter expert on FLASH's ever-evolving line of products and own the product documentation process and material for both customer-facing and internal resources. The focus of this position is to utilize professional writing skills to create learner-friendly content that presents product information with clarity as FLASH's offerings continue to grow and develop.

What You Will Do
- Build learning experiences in various formats, using/working within the constraints of different templates including Structured e-learning modules consisting of text, graphics, and interactive web components hosted in an LMS, simple video tutorials, walkthroughs, and presentations
- Obtain a deep understanding of products and hardware troubleshooting and translate complex information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs
- Assist with developing and maintaining detailed databases of appropriate reference materials
- Maintain, test, and review existing training materials and update accordingly
- Coordinate with Product Teams to implement new product knowledge into digestible formats for various internal and external audiences
What You Have
- Professional experience working in a content-centric e-learning role, such as content or instructional designer.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in large corporate environments.
- Effective and professional written and verbal communicator.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts.
- Aptitude for technical applications
- Experience with troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Litmos.
- Experience with Articulate360, and Camtasia a plus!
