At CACI, Enterprise Services (CES) in Oklahoma City, OK is home to hundreds of CACI team members working in critical corporate functions, such as Finance and Accounting, Information Systems, Contracts, Procurement, Security and Human Resources.

At the CES, we employ the use of many software & enterprise tools. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, writing & publishing technical articles and procedures for IT in ServiceNow and serve as the Site Collection Administrator.

As the Technical Writer - Innovations & Service Improvements, you will be part of a team that is the driver behind our continued growth and success at the CES. With our commitment to innovation, it's our commitment to seek out, develop, and help implement initiatives for improved efficiencies and productivity. We are currently searching for the right technical writer to help write, edit, validate, and publish procedures-including user, installation, troubleshooting, and administrator guides.

More About the Role

  • Create ITIL-compliant processes for document control, numbering, validation, review, approval, release, change management, and storage
  • Produce, proof-read, edit, and format technical documentation to include design specifications, manuals, on-line help, procedures, plans, and proposals.
  • Edit and format information for consumption through various media channels to include printed materials, scripted voice content, email, websites, and other electronic access points.
  • Gathers information, interviews subject matter experts, and conducts other research in order to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner
  • Participate in departmental meetings to ensure awareness of operational activities and upcoming projects as well as provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Understand CACI corporate structure and interacts with other staff to update documentation effectively.



You'll Bring These Qualifications

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and minimum 6 years of related work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant applications, including, ServiceNow, SharePoint Administration, Training & Development, Document Management, Publishing, & Technical Writing.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices/ISO20K standards
  • Proven capabilities in project management
  • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities



These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working in a shared service environment highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of CoreNet and ServiceNow
  • Agile fundamentals
