Summary: Supports, and manage IT services, including network, and security for web-based imagery exploitation systems. The position will entail analyzing user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to streamline and integrate security practices within the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline aligned with the PEO C4I / NAVWAR Enterprise DevSecOps initiative.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical writing support to the DCGS-N SSI Team.
• As directed the Technical Writer II shall assist with documentation support.
• The Technical Writer II shall provide support to review and provide comments and content updates on Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) material developed by the Government to document the DCGS-N Inc 2 software.
• This material shall include but is not limited to System Administrator Manual, System Installation Guide, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual, user guides, training procedures, and testing procedures.
• Resources provided to fill this requirement must maintain a GENSER Secret clearance and have the necessary certification to be a privileged user in the lab and cloud environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or Industrial Design.
• Two to six (2-6) years of professional experience in a systems engineering related role.
• Candidate must have a GENSER Secret clearance.
• Must have the necessary 8140 certification requirements to be a privileged user in the lab and cloud environments including but not limited to Security+ and an Environmental Certification.
• Recent Amazon Web Services experience relevant network experience in the design, integration, analysis, troubleshooting, documenting, programming and operation of computer equipment and networks.
• Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio).
