We are looking for a Documentation Manager for Flow. This is a unique opportunity to join as the founding member of the documentation team within the Flow organization. As a founding member, you will produce content for the developer documentation and build out a team of Technical Writers.

You should be a savvy writer who understands developer audiences, can produce high-quality developer documentation, and has experience building out a high performing team of technical writers. You will manage the Flow documentation content backlog, collaborate with various stakeholders inside of Dapper Labs and within the broader Flow community, and continuously identify opportunities to improve the quality of the Flow developer documentation.

• Improving and creating effective and high quality developer documentation
• Hiring and leading a team of high-performing technical writers
• Facilitating developer onboarding by designing learning journeys and iterating on information architecture
• Continuously improve content and strategy based on qualitative and quantitative feedback
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and Flow community members to support and empower them producing best in class documentation

A little about you:

• 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation and a deep understanding of the developer audience
• Proven experience in hiring, managing, mentoring, and training teams of Technical Writers
• Hands-on experience with modern documentation processes (Git/Github, Markdown, static site generators, automated checks)
• Hands-on coding experience and proficiency with either Rust, TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Collaborative work style and experience working with cross-functional teams to drive results
• Solid understanding and awareness of web3/blockchain technology
• Comfortable with changing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
• Native level fluency in English (spoken and written)
