Sentera is looking for a Content Developer that loves translating technology information into easy-to-understand articles and videos for users.

The person in this role will craft and develop easy to understand technical training and support content and videos to aid Sentera's frequent software feature launches.

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Technical writing and video experience is required.
• Experience with SaaS software and/or Geospatial Data is preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Strong videography skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work within a team or independently, with a can-do attitude and willing to work until the job gets done.
