Primary Responsibilities• Develop and deliver content focusing on sustainability, corporate social responsibility and related areas such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. • Develop and deliver an ongoing pipeline of thought leadership content on key sustainability topics as part of global marketing campaigns. • Manage the production of key sustainability-related reports, including our annual Sustainability report and the UK Stewardship Code reports-working with our design team and contributors across the firm.• Partner with Investment Content, Sustainability and Research, Analytics & Quant teams on content that supports and shapes our positioning on sustainability. • Partner with key stakeholders across the firm to create corporate-level marketing content across a variety of formats-including website copy, social media posts and webinar/video scripts. • Deliver content in formats that support global/regional channel-specific marketing plans, with an emphasis on digital-first formats, showcasing our capabilities and insights effectively across all channels.• Experience in creating multi-media (audio, video, webinar, social) content that effectively delivers key messages and engages audiences.• Create or revise content to reflect product launches and changes to existing strategies, including new product taxonomy. • Report on sustainability-related initiatives; make recommendations for improvements based on analytics and industry insight.• Work closely with compliance to ensure that all content incorporates appropriate disclosures and adheres to firm and industry guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications • Experienced writer/editor with +5 years of experience developing asset management-related communications with proven knowledge of sustainability topics• Degree in finance, economics or communications discipline• Impeccable spoken/written English • Versatile writing skills to develop engaging content for a range marketing and regulatory purposes• Knowledge of and interest in ESG investing concepts and regulatory environment• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to build relationships with key stakeholders• Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a highly collaborative environment• Familiarity with ESG reporting
