The Digital Content Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading the over-arching vision and strategy for all web, digital, and video content on our corporate website. This means collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to connect initiatives and prioritize work that meets business needs while maximizing the effectiveness of the website as a channel for client communications, marketing efforts, and brand awareness. As an in-house content expert, they will also lend support to corporate and regional Marketing and Communication efforts to develop, write, and edit company video scripts, blogs, and marketing materials, as well as other written content ensuring it meets strategic marketing and communication goals, as well as brand standards.

What you'll be doing...
- Lead with a digital-first mindset on IDeaS.com, developing and executing on a strategy that aligns with brand standards and supports integration across multiple channels, including web, blogs, digital, and video.
- Work closely with the members of the marketing, social media, digital, analytics and web teams to scope and prioritize work alignment with content strategy and business goals.
- Work closely with the digital, social media, and analytics teams to ensure proper analytics tracking is in place across the site, establish KPIs, and use a data driven decision-making process to evaluate/optimize the website for success.
- Support the creation of smart, engaging, industry-leading editorial and thought-leadership content to support company strategic initiatives, including product and sales materials, white papers, case studies, blogs, articles, and web copy.
- Working collaboratively with the global Marketing and Communication teams, build and manage a corporate blog and thought-leadership editorial calendar.
- Participate in content strategy planning and brand development efforts in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication teams.
- Actively seek knowledge in industry trends, news, and terminology for an outside-in view.
- Maintain an ongoing inventory/audit of content relevant to key initiatives and conduct periodic competitive audits.
- Coordinate content reviews to ensure material is evaluated and approved.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What you'll bring to us...
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing/communications
- 2 years' experience in developing content strategy for a corporate B2B website.
- Exemplary writing and editing skills, in both short- and longer-form work with extreme attention to detail and grammar.
- Experience converting comprehensive product and/or industry information into engaging, easily understood messaging.
- Organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize projects, deliver high-quality work, and meet deadlines.
- Driven, team player motivated to learn new skills quickly, take responsibility, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet organizational goals.
Preferences:
- Experience in technology or software industry.
- Background in journalism and editing.
- Experience in video script writing.
