Come join the Small Business Self Employed Group Digital Delivery team as a Senior Manager, SBSEG Expert Content leading our new expert content writing team that will be responsible to deliver the right content that enables expert success. We are looking to reinvent the content experience for all of our experts to ensure that all experience levels can deliver the exact right experience for our customers. We are looking to build a personalized experience for our experts and we want the right leader to help us transform! What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years related experience AND 4+ years managing teams to deliver outcomes at pace
• Content management experience and an understanding of content generation is highly desirable
• Operational excellence with a proven history of driving rigor, process improvements, and progress around unresolved issues and actions
• Ability to work, build relationships, and facilitate conversations in a matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in dynamic team environment
• Data driven to measure & analyze performance
• Drive results through innovation by using hypotheses through experimentation to drive continuous improvement.

How you will lead

• Lead & build a team of content writers that are customer obsessed and passionate to have THE right content accessible to the experts that serve our customers.
• Contributes to creating a bold vision to evolve the expert content experience and can inspire a team to execute
• Collaborates with product managers to ensure the platforms are delivering the functionality required to create perfect expert experiences
• Thinks customer first with a relentless focus on delighting our experts who in turn delight our customers with strong bias for action and delivering results.
• Engaging people leader that ensures the team continues to laugh & have fun while fostering the growth of our people.
• Continuously monitors the expert content experience by logging in to test expert tools themselves and completing follow-me-homes to ensure that we are continuously improving the experience
• Keeps team members skills up to date by ensuring active participation with customer contacts as a portion of time
• Ability to use data to understand performance & inform next steps
• Extreme ownership of the expert content experience to drive continuous improvement
• Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, creating an environment of shared trust and innovation
