Senior Manager, Global Content Management
Job Description
The Sales & Operations team at Fundbox is responsible for growing the top line revenue and supporting existing clients with various products and services. Fundbox is poised to double in volume and we’re looking for a Sr. Manager who can develop the documentation framework for the Sales/Ops Organization in addition to converting all of our existing documentation into this framework. This role will be responsible for standardizing our existing policies and procedures to drive consistency, transparency and unity across groups within Sales & Operations.

In this role, you will:
- Develop the Global Content Management framework for Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Oversee framework design, consolidation, re-templating, and refinement of existing policies and procedures, partnering with compliance and business to support policy harmonization and consolidation efforts, and building out the future state policy and procedure governance framework.
- Review existing material and convert it all into the newly formed methodology
- Establish a change control process for updates to SOPs/WIs
- Partner with Training and QA to determine areas that need documentation to support business processes
- Support regulator and auditor request to review and discuss documentation
You should have:
- At least 10 years’ experience in financial services, Sales & Operations
- Regulatory, Compliance, or supervision experience, preferably in Sales, Operations and Lending
- Passion for writing compliance policies and procedures
- Excellent writing skills; ability to write high-quality policies and procedures in a simple, clear and concise manner
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Ability to independently analyze, research, and develop policy and procedure documents
- Ability to understand complex problems, and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.
- Effective decision-making skills, sound judgement, and strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to look at policies as they exist and streamline and simplify them and write them in a way that rounds them out and provides more info for the agents to reference
