WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Learning & Development Content Operations Team, part of HR Talent & Workforce Operations, is responsible for helping HR build and deliver impactful content to NIKE, Inc. employees across Nike's learning platforms. Through great content, we provide value and reduce friction in Nike's employee experience!

As a Sr. Global Learning Content Specialist, you'll play a vital role in publishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting learning content supporting employees and strategic objectives, such as educational resources, program information, policies, and processes.

YOU'LL PARTNER WITH BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS AND HR EXPERTS TO:
- Advise on content best practices

- Ensure content is accurate, brand-aligned, and published easily across channels

- Support system troubleshooting and content related inquiries

- Provide training for content contributors, learning administrators, and those responsible for reporting and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training

- Minimum 1-year experience with Learning Management Systems

- Content Management System (CMS) experience

- Experience with Learning Experience Platforms preferred

- High level of comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

- Familiarity with Captivate, SCORM, and course authoring

- Deadline driven with an ability to manage competing priorities

- Experience working with global teams/audiences preferred

- Content creation and editing preferred

- Experience with managing and publishing information for corporate intranets preferred

- Understanding of website analytics preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading advanced content projects

- Support large global initiatives in partnership with Content Lead (as needed)

- Training content specialists

- Publish and edit/QA content for multiple audiences, countries, and platforms

- Publish courses in the Nike Learning Management System and Content Management System

- Distill complex information into easily understood, engaging, and accurate content

- Manage and prioritize content requests to ensure accurate and timely publication

- Participate in content audits for accuracy and relevance

- Maintain positive relationships with HR and other business stakeholders

- Meet with business about their project to consult and advise about hosting content on Nike's learning management and content management systems
