The Digital Production team is looking for a Senior Creative Digital Producer to help grow and scale our digital curriculum products, supporting us through the planning and development of production across products.
The Senior Digital Creative Producer works closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver against the project plan. This person is dedicated to leading game and audio production for various Amplify business units, with detailed knowledge of the pedagogy and system capabilities. The ideal candidate is well organized, results- focused, and approaches their work with creativity. Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Creative Producer:

  • Collaborate across departments to define and manage goals, scope, specific deliverables and scheduling needs
  • Establish and own the process for creating, driving the content production plan
  • Lead all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production processes for all multimedia creative assets
  • Supervise the work of producers on the continued development and maintenance of projects
  • Maintain communication among cross-functional teams (curriculum, design, product management, technology) to ensure alignment of vision and implementation
  • Aggregate and distill input from the team and key partners, developing the best approach for incorporating feedback into project executions
  • Design and implement ongoing improvements to workflow and production pathways
  • Facilitate aggressive timelines and proactively address bottlenecks
  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely production of all project elements
  • Drive strategy around content models that adapt, scale and expand over time and distribution platforms


Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience with digital content production, asset management, content management systems, publishing
  • Experience with full project pipelines, from concept to delivery
  • Experience with game development
  • Experience with coordinating large volumes of assets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile software development
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, React, HTML and XML
  • Experience working in education, with curriculum design
