Our platform allows doctors, registered dietitians and other healthcare experts to prescribe Food as Medicine. About The Role
As Senior Copywriter, you'll contribute to evolving Season's creative vision by shaping how we communicate to patients throughout their user experience, including online, offline, in-app, in the mail, and at home. You'll work with fellow creatives, cross-functional partners, and agencies to ensure communications are clear and consistent experience-wide. Your output will primarily focus on marketing initiatives with support for product design-led user experiences, all with the goal of creating a dynamic, patient-first brand that reflects our commitment to helping people meet their health goals.
What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to understand and implement high-level brand goals, implement an in-house copy guide, and maintain a consistent voice throughout all channels.
  • Partner closely with Graphic Designers and Product Designers to execute strategic copy solutions for all marketing and product assets for current and prospective patients, ensuring all projects are tonally on-brand.
  • Partner with Culinary and Clinical teams to evolve and maintain a unique, clear and consistent tone of voice across communication channels
  • Contribute to brainstorms, concept exercises, and the development of multiple directions for marketing, advertising, and product experience initiatives.
  • Present creative concepts to internal clients and key stakeholders, synthesizing business requirements with brand direction.
  • Work cross functionally with Product, Operations, Clinical and Culinary teams to identify needs, assess results and optimize creative performance.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align content strategy with target audience needs, business needs, and brand positioning.
  • Projects will include: email and direct mail marketing, digital and physical brand engagement, prospective and active patient experience communications, digital advertising, social media asset creation, marketing campaigns, and support for patient-facing website, landing page, and user experiences.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience writing consumer-facing copy, especially for DTC or lifestyle products.
  • A strong portfolio and proven success writing for online and print marketing assets, especially for direct-to-consumer experiences.
  • Experience writing UX copy.
  • Comfort working in an iterative tech- and data-driven environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from various levels and disciplines, including marketers and product managers.
