We're looking for a Senior UX writer to join our team of designers, researchers, product managers, engineers and accessibility specialists to create and optimize content for our products.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Plan, write, edit, test and improve content that makes our products easier to use.
• This includes short- and long-form copy, product flows, microcopy, UI copy, educational materials, product names, terminology, taxonomies and other content across Babylon products and services




• Build an internal community, provide mentorship and develop skills of other content designers
• Build relationships and work closely with SMEs and other teams
• Promote content design and strategy in the company
• Use data to inform decisions
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to write meaningful content
• Edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools
• Give and receive feedback from your design peers in service of building the best products
• Connect customer journey needs with business goals, design direction, and content guidelines

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Have a passion for inclusive design and accessibility
• Have experience working in an agile environment on digital products
• Put the user at the heart of what you do, and explain your decisions using research and evidence 
• Enjoy making complex things simple
• Can communicate well with stakeholders and product owners
• Are a naturally positive, collaborative person looking to grow within the team and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment




• Minimum requirements
• 5+ years of experience writing for mobile and web
• Examples of your work via a portfolio with team and personal accomplishments

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience writing for health care, medical or other regulated industries 
• Experience working in a start-up
• App experience
