The Senior Consultant Content Management is responsible for assisting clients and colleagues in deployment of standard process for content management, including the preparation, distribution and implementation of electronic catalogs provided by suppliers and customers. The Senior Con-sultant has superior knowledge in the best practices and practical application of Coupa Requisition Line Forms for the procurement of services and configurable items. He/She works independently, has a profound knowledge of the tools and processes of content management and takes ownership of complex customer projects.

People in this role often have eCommerce or product catalog skills. They’ve managed content in eCommerce platforms – products, pricing, descriptions, attachments, tags, etc. for webshops – so they intimately know the data that we deal with every day. All supplier interactions are with companies that have a product catalog and need to reflect that information in Coupa for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish process and solutions with suppliers and customers to ensure reliable and high quality e-catalog content
  • Execute on a wide variety of data quality improvement efforts
  • Act as the primary point of account for Content Management customers, regularly communicating success metrics and updates on major initiatives
  • Onboarding – of new CCM clients and of new catalog suppliers
  • Customer and supplier interaction and support for complex content topics, including the ability to manage expectations
  • Execute training on system configuration and maintenance for junior team members
  • Documentation of best practices, including in the Content Management Wiki and in regularly scheduled webinars for customers and clients
  • Product – act as the voice of CCM clients, supporting and driving Coupa product strategy through collaboration with Product Management

Requirements:

  • Hard Skills:
  • Excellent software / tool knowledge including Coupa Core Platform, catalog processing sub-system, the Coupa Search function and Requisition Line Forms (including best practices for use of conditional rules). Must be capable of proper use of Excel for catalog input files and be able to provide coaching and training to junior team members. Must be proficient at the use of Salesforce for catalog requests, including the correct use of the Omnichannel function.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and suppliers, including but not limited to email and verbal
  • Basic project management skills and demonstrated ability to apply these skills for major initiatives for complex clients
  • English Language – Fluent
  • Soft Skills:
  • Demonstration of the Coupa Core Values in every aspect of their work with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

  • Able to consult with senior customer personnel, demonstrate knowledge and experience and become a trusted advisor
  • Handling of stressful working tasks and customer escalations
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Advocate for data quality with sharp attention to detail

  • Experience with other procurement platforms and ERPs
  • Multi-lingual
