We are currently looking for a Content Specialist to join RingCentral’s award-winning Partner Programs team! You will use your superior copywriting skills and creativity to create marketing communications and assets that drive ideal behaviors, capture attention, and build loyalty among RingCentral’s global partner base.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Write compelling and applicable content for a variety of audiences; translate ideas into written, verbal and visual assets. Conceptualize content needs and fluidly communicate implementation and use case.
• Manage partner program competitive intelligence operations through daily competitor monitoring, collecting competitor SPIFFs, as well as providing research and analysis to leadership
• Write and develop strategic content such as partner battlecards, executive talking points, and earnings call talking points for the partner program
• Develop content for email campaigns and online deliverables such as newsletters, landing pages, event invites, marketing collateral, and web banners
• Create blog materials and industry thought leadership content
• Proofread and edit copy to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, voice, and tone
• Manage the PR relationship for the channel team, including award applications and press releases

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications, English, marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience developing content for a B2B technology company or content marketing agency
• Experience at a SaaS/UCaaS company, MSP or IT Solution Provider is a plus
• Ability to maintain consistency and deliver results across multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong track record of building engaging content in multiple formats
• Professional proof-reading, grammatical and editing experience
• Skilled at creating individualized value propositions to garner thought leadership, speaking engagements, awards and industry recognition
• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency; thrives in fast-paced environments 
• Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
• A background in competitive intelligence and PR a plus

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $78,000.00 and $118,000.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
