Job Description:
Responsible for improving training provided to employees. Administers, coordinates, and delivers training programs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop e-learning modules inclusive of graphic design and assessment.
• Plans, develops, and/or implements an enterprise training plan. Develops the education and awareness of all employees on multiple initiatives.
• Develops, designs, and leads training programs based on organizational needs. Collaborates with the business to design and develop training content. Ensures appropriate training assignment and tracking.
• Manages delivery of all content needed to ensure staff is applying the same standards and procedures. Evaluates course feedback and makes adjustments to improve curriculum.
• Ensures records are accurate and properly document training activities. Partners with the business to assign, monitor, and report on training activities.
• Partners with T&D to maintain consistency of content across the company.
• Facilitates courses and learning sessions with employees and contractors.
• Collaborates with partners to develop training manuals and guides, handouts, and visual course materials.
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in developing training curriculum, facilitating training, project management, communication, business analyst, or related
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in developing training curriculum, facilitating training, or related activities
Preferred Qualifications
If we had our say, we'd also look for:
• 6+ years of experience in developing training curriculum, facilitating training, project management, communication, business analyst, or related
• Instructional design experience building and editing eLearning, graphic design and designing for different modalities
• Experience in training needs assessment, managing key stakeholders, and designing and developing training solutions to meet organizational needs
• Experience designing and developing technical training (e.g. process, control, or system roll outs)
• Stakeholder management/planning and alignment
• Design/development in e-learning platforms

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $74,000.00 to $124,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
