 About the Job:

Many financial services companies are at a crossroads – innovate or become obsolete. That's where we come in. As a Junior Content Strategist, you’ll use your strong writing and storytelling skills to create compelling user experiences for our financial services clients in banking, capital markets and wealth. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for their craft to help us generate captivating solutions for our clients.

What You’ll Get to Do:   

• Work with UX designers to plan and write the microcopy users need to navigate a product for website components, apps, and other digital products
• Translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, engaging digital content experiences
• Serve as a strategic partner to our clients in creating, delivering, and maintaining content
• Assist in all aspects of content development, from defining the vision to developing the content, workflows, and governance plan
• Interpret clients’ brand standards and establish a cohesive brand identity in the content you create
• Work closely with the Content Director and Creative Director to build the Capco Studio practice
• Collaborate on business development opportunities by crafting narratives, driving the creative vision, and presenting to clients.

What You’ll Bring with You: 

• Expertise in writing brand-consistent content that meets project goals and addresses user needs
• Exceptional organizational, storytelling, and brainstorming skills
• 2 years of experience working in a UX writing or content strategy role
• Experience producing content for websites and apps—from ideation and planning to creation and execution
• Attention to detail and strong editing skills
