What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or program analytics

Minimum of 5-7 years’ relevant content development and strategy experience in a performance-driven marketing organization

Strong Healthcare business acumen, content samples and marketing fundamentals

High level knowledge of SEO

Excellent writing and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Healthcare, data or risk/fraud solutions background

Candidates with experience in Healthcare RCM will be prioritized. Proven content development, project management capabilities and samples of published content are required. Proven metrics focus and content evaluation history is a plus.

Impact You'll Make

Experienced writer and strategist needed to create content to support TransUnion Healthcare’s marketing communications initiatives. We’re looking for a clever communicator who is an adept and ambitious author of engaging and relevant content, with marketing savvy and the ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment.

This position is an integral part of a dynamic, metrics-driven Global B2B Marketing team, creating content to drive awareness and lead generation for the TransUnion Healthcare business. The ideal candidate is a wise wordsmith with healthcare industry experience, discerns new concepts quickly, and is creative and goal/process oriented. This role requires experience creating compelling content of various types in the B2B industry, for marketing nurture and multi-channel campaigns.

Applicants should have both a strong background in B2B content marketing and experience leading creation of content. This role owns the execution of content from start to finish and must be able to ramp quickly to manage the development process through to market distribution. Produce creative content in long and short form, including blogs, insight guides, infographics, emails, industry and product web pages, video scripts and media bylines, with the ability to devise new formats based on goals.

Write point-of-view perspectives and commentary in reaction to “in-the-news” stories while managing long-term strategic content development goals.

Collaborate with corporate marketing team members on the creation of content, from concept through development to publication or launch.

Work directly with business leaders/SMEs to iterate on thought leadership content, including blog posts, insight guides, webinar descriptions, video scripts/concepts, case studies, infographics, etc.

Develop and support HC thought leadership and storytelling strategies that drive awareness, demand generation, qualified leads and marketing influenced pipeline and revenue. Ensure alignment to tone of voice and reflection of brand.

Partner with SMEs, marketing managers and executives, as well as social media, demand gen, design and web teams to ensure thought leadership content is properly amplified.

Repurpose or integrate content development across both direct and channel teams. Partner with appropriate cross-functional teams to make recommendations on content optimization as needed.

Track and report content success metrics and make strategic recommendations on new approaches and tactics to re-purpose content.

Understand customer journeys and use that knowledge to actively contribute to the development of content plans (types and themes) for each market and solution.

Drive keyword strategy for SEO and SEM.
