About the job
The Red Hat Business team is looking for an Enterprise Content Librarian to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with both Red Hat's digital asset management (Aprimo DAM) and sales enablement (HighSpot) systems and you'll be responsible for system administration, supporting existing and new users, and participating in the planning and implementation of a future enterprise content management system. You will become familiar with content development processes and platforms while improving operational efficiencies and ensuring content accessibility, availability, and reuse across all regions.
What you will do

• Help administer the digital asset management and content platforms, including user access requests, system configurations, asset and metadata cleanup, user audits, user support and troubleshooting, and general training
• Create and maintain user training materials
• Enable end users to find and use content
• Work with other librarians to publish new content and archive expired content

What you will bring

• Degree in library science (including recent grads), or 2 years of experience with digital assent management (DAM)
• Experience administering or managing aspects of a DAM system; Aprimo DAM or HighSpot are a plus
• Experience working with metadata and workflows
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Technically capable excellent communicator with a desire to improve processes
• Great attention to detail
• Enjoying learning and thriving in a role supporting evolving technology and processes
