Job Description

The DTC Content Manager is responsible for publishing new content and updating existing content on the marketing and product pages across the cricut.com website. They will be responsible for optimizing pictures, copywriting, keywords, titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend details. This person will be a key team member that works with our merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to improve overall site performance and drive business growth for the Cricut.com business.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing and managing short-term and long-term optimization plans for cricut.com 

  • Ensure the timely execution of online content and product catalog setup activities, including product copy, imagery preparation, and content updates. 

  • Work cross functionally with internal and external business partners to address and resolve site issues and provide timely and accurate responses to questions and concerns. 

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with the Marketing and Visual Departments to ensure consistency across site touchpoints including navigation, product layout, content strategies, and linking strategies. 

  • Analyze results and identify wins, losses, and trends, and effectively communicate those findings. 

  • Test site enhancements and functionality as needed. 

  • Strong project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or other related field preferred 

  • 3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, marketing or business-related roles OR 3+ years of experience executing on site content management 

  • Experience leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud. 

  • Up-to-date knowledge of analytics software such as Google Analytics. 

  • Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly. 

  • Strong ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere. 

  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, with a growth mindset. 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight. 

  • Must demonstrate high level of initiative and resourcefulness, be a solution-seeker. Ability to make practical decisions, solutions, and suggestions.
