Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support, the E-Learning Content Creator will be tasked with building cutting edge content & training customers in a growing company & industry? The ideal candidate for this role will work as a member of the Technical Product Training Team to design and develop technical product training content that can be delivered to customers, partners and employees. Key duties will involve development of engaging graphic-based training tutorials, videos & e-Learning courses, and other instructional content for ServiceTitan's training & certification program. E-Learning Graphics Designers serve as Product Experts and provide valuable input by helping Training Specialists to customize and deliver industry-relevant training & certification programs.
What you'll do:

  • Become an expert in our software & green industry so that training courses are highly "industry-relevant"
  • Create and maintain visually outstanding video tutorials & e-Learning modules to instruct and certify our users on key workflows
  • Work with Training Specialists to customize instructor-led training courses when needed
  • Design, create and maintain engaging 1-on-1 and webinar training content, facilitator guides, and supporting handouts
  • Assist with special projects as assigned at the discretion of team leadership


What you'll bring:

  • 1-2 years of experience in developing visually outstanding video tutorials and e-learning courses using instructional design and development methodologies
  • 1 years of experience creating and designing courses (instructional design)
  • Experience with Google and Office Suite, Camtasia, preferred experience with authoring tools, Confluence
  • Experience with graphic design including Powerpoint or Canva
  • Experience with learning management systems and E-Learning rapid development tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline)
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to handle juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to grow by learning new visual styles, instructional methodologies, and technologies
  • Expertise with training development tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills to handle juggling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to grow by learning new visual styles, instructional methodologies, and technologies


Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote.
