The Director, Global Content reports to VP, Corporate Marketing
Job Grade
The Director, Global Content is a grade 10.
Responsibilities
- Extends that of the Senior Manager, Global Content
- Lead the global content team to achieve production and website traffic growth results
- Define strategy and execution plans for Content Marketing in support of overall Inbound Marketing and * Marketing Department goals and OKRs
- Recruit, develop and retain world class talent to scale with the company's growth
- You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
- BONUS: A passion and strong understanding of the industry and our mission
Requirements
- Extends that of the Senior Manager, Global Content
- 2+ years experience leading a content marketing team
- 5+ years experience in content marketing at an enterprise software company
- Experience leading teams of writers
- Experience marketing highly technical products to the developer audience
- Experience defining the high-level strategy
- Experience designing execution plans, processes and accountability for delivering results
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills

For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $138,700.00 - $243,800.00 for Colorado residents only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
