About the Role
You will be responsible for establishing customer facing strategies, frameworks and guidelines for content delivered through our corporate digital channels. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our content strategy and executions align to our audiences. You will maintain a high digital visual and copy standards on our corporate website by providing tools, training and resources.
Responsibilities
- Implementing front-end content strategies that deliver optimal customer experiences meeting commercial, recruiting and reputation objectives
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop taxonomy and metadata strategies, building on prior research and SEO analysis to align on business goals
- Developing an understanding of competitor landscapes and market trends and dynamics through interactions to inform decisions around content strategy
- Empowering disbursed teams to create and deliver content that meets our content standards and supports an agile and efficient workflow
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to gain alignment to create a unified digital experience for our customers
- Creating a digital content standards documents for our website adhering to SEO best practices and legal and compliance requirements
- Developing metrics to assess digital content effectiveness, ROI and analysing content performance to ensure deliverables are met
Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent Digital Content experience for a large global organization and a deep understanding of operating within the marketing space
- Be experienced in delivering both front-end and back-end content solutions for a complex audience set
- Show extensive knowledge of SEO and how digital content impacts SEO
- Have experience leading the delivery of high quality digital content from concept to finished work
- Be able to understand complex business needs as well as industry trends and translate them to customer-facing solutions
- Have a great understanding of Headless CMS systems and associated or similar web technology
- Be an excellent communicator and demonstrate the ability to work effectively across functions in a global-matrix environmen
