  • Within your third month, you will have made close connections with relevant stakeholders, such as with your direct reports, peers in the Product & Engineering group, Marketing, Design team, and with Customers. The Content Strategy team has a charter, vision, mission and steps to achieve the mission.
  • Within your sixth month, you will have shown success by having made measurable improvements to the way we write and publish release notes and documentation. For UX writing, you will have set the stage for in-product copy to be improved upon in our most important strategic bet project.  You will have customer data to support your decisions and can show a before and after measurable difference.
