Description

The Course Integration Analyst will lead the Product Development department's integration efforts based on the goals, objectives, and standards of the organization. Specifically, the Course Integration Analyst will manage the flow of content into various authoring tools and assist with developing project specific guidelines and standards. The Course Integration Analyst will assist with developing workflows for integrating content into various authoring tools and platforms.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of content into various authoring tools and platforms;
  • Assist in the development of project specific guidelines and standards;
  • Work with the Project Management team to ensure that content production task lines, level of effort and resources are accurate in project plans;
  • Develop workflows for new authoring tools and platforms;
  • Input lesson and assessment content into various authoring tools according to formatting guidelines and standards created by the Curriculum Development team;
  • Support an array of project plans by executing tasks determined by the project schedule;
  • Effectively manage various tasks and deadlines on a daily basis;
  • Provide subject matter expertise to other department teams for various EMS efforts;
  • Manage and resolve existing curriculum errors by utilizing course documentation and providing excellent customer service
  • Communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to problem-solve, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances in order to achieve results;
  • Manage the work efforts to train Integration staff members on the use of educational-related or department-specific tools. This includes the ability to present information in a logical manner and check for understanding to ensure transfer of knowledge and skills and;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Training / Competencies

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years content integration & manipulation experience, including experience assembling digital products
  • Demonstrates excellent writing skills
  • Experience of project management in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
  • Basic HTML and web skills essential.
  • Thorough understanding of information architecture principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Educational Management Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles


The anticipated starting salary range for Colorado-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $47,000-$58,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Benefits available to eligible employees can be seen at: https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/
