This high-impact creative role is responsible for concepting and writing innovative, high-quality, high-impact creative that drives the business forward. It demands a smart, highly motivated creative professional who has strong collaboration skills.
To succeed in this role, you need to be data-driven and passionate about connecting with the end user to compel action. You must also have a desire to continually innovate, improve processes, and drive results! You're organized and enjoy working with team members to quickly and methodically iterate creative to run experiments and learn what moves the needle.
What you'll do:
  • Concept and execute copy for digital direct response creative across multiple channels, including paid social, display, native, landing pages, video, email, etc..
  • Proofread and edit existing copy as needed to ensure brand voice consistency in acquisition creative.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Creative Strategist to uncover insights through performance data, and use those insights to inform creative development for maximum impact.
  • Execute creative and manage creative production on your projects from start to finish, keeping all stakeholders up to date on project status at each milestone.
  • Ensure all projects are compliant to regulatory and legal requirements, brand guidelines.
  • Lean into discussions with acquisition marketing managers to understand business goals and challenges, identify creative testing opportunities, and drive creative testing that helps reach channel goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior members of the Growth Creative Team, providing production support as necessary and making suggestions on how to improve the process.
  • Dive deep into each channel we advertise in to understand targeting, user mindset, competitive landscape, best practices, and design requirements and opportunities so you can create more effective, channel-appropriate creative.
  • Stay on top of current digital acquisition trends, identifying opportunities to test, sharing those opportunities with the broader group, and leading discussion to develop creative hypotheses to feed further testing.
  • Actively participate in group discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing value and always working toward finding solutions.
  • Stay on top of creative acquisition trends across the digital landscape, identifying opportunities to test; share learnings and best practices with the team to inspire creative ideas.

What you'll bring:
  • 2+ years experience in digital direct response creative in a writing role.
  • A storyteller at heart, you are committed to connecting with another human in a way that is authentic, relevant, and effective at driving action.
  • Resourceful, self-starter with a drive to deliver high quality creatives that perform.
  • Strong project management, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of online marketing performance KPI and metrics.
  • Solutions-focused approach to conflict and ability to build consensus in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to thrive in a remote team dynamic.
  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience writing ads for Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Friendly and team-oriented, you take the work seriously (but not yourself!)

Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
