What You Will Do:

The Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS) Cybersecurity Content Specialist is a member of the CIS Communications team and will write internal communications, including newsletter stories, emails and Yammer posts. In addition to writing, this role will manage editorial calendars, track team metrics and help coordinate events as needed. On this team, we support both cybersecurity and IT infrastructure initiatives within CIS. You'll be supported by a passionate and driven global team who are committed to delivering world-class IT communications to colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

• Following CIS Communications processes, you will research, write, edit and send internal messages and stories. This includes Yammer posts, newsletter articles, intranet content, emails, infographics and more.
• Own and drive communications assignments independently while sharing your work frequently for reviews and approvals.
• Maintain CIS Communications documentation, including editorial style guidelines and other team processes.
• Manage the team's newsletter communications and editorial calendars.
• Build and send Poppulo emails following the CIS Communications process
• Metrics reporting, including Yammer, iConnect and Poppulo
• Collaborate with CIS team members, key partners, CIS Communications team, designers, and other cross-functional business professionals on large- and small-scale communications assignments.
• Assist in the translation process for communications
• Oversee CIS collateral
• Participate in planning CIS marketing activities, virtual or onsite events, and awareness campaigns

How You Will Get Here:

• BA/BS in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing in progress or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Writing, editing, and proofreading experience
• Ability to easily communicate complex ideas across the business.
• Proficient with the core MS Office suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with an outstanding eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative and make sound decisions.
• Social media, content management system (CMS), and email marketing platform experience preferred.
• Event planning and/or project management experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly adapt to team processes, new technologies and shifting strategic priorities.
