Do you have a passion for storytelling?
In this role you will:
- Responsible for developing a customer references program that conveys LivePerson’s brand and how our customers are driving substantial growth by partnering with us.
- Partner directly with customers to craft stories that position them as heroes
- He/she will execute stories in a variety of formats, such as case studies, blogs, videos, and webinars and will define the process for identifying opportunities, building pipeline and tracking opportunities.
- Create audience profiles and work across the marketing team to publish and promote stories
- Responsible for supporting field and outreach marketing by creating various materials for customer acquisition events, product launches and corporate campaigns.
Your qualifications are:
- At least 5+ years of experience in content creation, customer marketing, or customer advocacy experience
- 3+ years of writing experience in creating talking points, scripts, and presentations, as well as digital assets such as case studies, blogs, web content
- Demonstrated success talking and working directly with customers
- Collaborate across teams to secure and promote impactful customer stories for various initiatives.
- Great writing skills
- Superior communication
- B2B marketing background
- Tech industry knowledge is a plus
