WalkMe's Customer Education team is on a mission to empower every professional in the world with the Digital Adoption skills organizations need in the modern digital era.


As a Customer Education Manager, you'll create content for a new professional category: WalkMe Admins. The market has shown huge demand for WalkMe's technology, with numerous companies hiring their own internal WalkMe specialists. The next step is to create the knowledge and training ecosystem to grow the WalkMe DAP profession globally. You'll report to the Manager of Customer Education and partner with teams across WalkMe to bring the vision to life.

What You'll Own

  • 20% knowledge leadership and 80% content creation, curriculum development and instructional design
  • Work with internal experts and customers to establish the Digital Adoption Institute as an industry-leading professional vocational training offering
  • Design training programs, including classroom lectures and e-learning courses using a variety of technology
  • Partner with both customers and internal experts to improve training and decrease learner time-to-mastery
  • Develop course content to meet evolving educational needs
  • Analyze feedback from Customers and Team members to determine learning needs and improve the training program

What You Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years of instructional or learning design experience for end-users of a SaaS product, across a variety of media (webinar, video, SCORM)
  • Expertise in adult learning modalities
  • Experience working with subject matter experts to capture learning content
  • Experience building vocational training courses from scratch
  • Advanced skills in instructional design for classroom and online delivery
