SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We’re on the lookout for a Studio Manager to join our product department in building the premium blockchain-powered digital collectible experience. As the Studio Manager for our in-house creative studio, you will be responsible for managing the resourcing and project allocation across all projects. In addition, you will work closely with creative leads, project managers, and the production team to deliver boundary-pushing products on tight timelines and usher in a new era of AR and VR products.

We are searching for creative minds that are excited to take on challenges in the immediate while providing vision to the future. We want builders, innovators, and those that can  not only think outside the box but collaborate outside the box..

 

AS OUR MOST VALUABLE PLAYER, YOU WILL...

  • Be the first point of contact for new projects/requests – while assessing the validity of the ask by understanding project details, creative needs, targeted deadlines, and feasibility.
  • Build and maintain a detailed system that keeps the trains running on time and ensures we never miss a creative deadline
  • Work to resolve issues regarding team allocation 
  • Continuously receive and implement feedback with positivity and a growth mindset
  • Build relationships with employees and external talent  across branding, design, web, animation, art, and photography


WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 7+ years of experience in project management with exposure to tools like Asana, Toggl, Figma, and Slack 
  • You have strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • You can drive and execute several initiatives simultaneously
  • You have a love of sports, collectibles, and/or popular culture!
