We are looking for a flexible, creative, and ambitious writer to refine and advance our mission and editorial vision. You will help plan, produce, and analyze the written content we create including compelling video scripts. This role will help build our editorial calendar, as well as determine sources for content both
internally and externally. You must be passionate about telling captivating stories and generating engaging ideas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop concepts, storyboards, and write scripted content for various types of videos (training, promo, corporate, webinars, etc.)

Identify where our client's greatest opportunities lie, contextualize best practices and define a clear content and video marketing strategy

Utilize customer feedback, understand customer needs, and generate ideas to increase customer engagement through video and copy

Create the angle, content, and tone according to the needs of the client and the audience for each video

Develop and manage an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board and manage the timely publication

Write copy consistent with our company's tone and mission - clean, concise, and well-polished work

Edit, proofread and improve all written content before publication
Determine sources for content creation, both internally and externally
Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
Identify gaps in our content and recommend new ideas to pursue
Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
Assist in setting brand standards by ensuring all material leaving the department is on brand according to brand style guide

Drive change, leverage best practices and create scalable customer-centric marketing solutions

Collaborate with internal clients and team members

Prioritize projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

Measure project performance using implemented systems, tools and techniques
