As Bizzabo’s next Copywriter, you’ll be working as part of a small team of passionate creatives who partner with internal teams, Bizzabo's clients, and external partners and collaborators to solve their business problems in new ways.

In your role, you’ll be working at the intersection of creativity and technology. You will help develop the brand voice, and maintain it across projects throughout the organization. Your creative and conceptual thinking will help shape how our products go to market.

Bizzabo powers immersive in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. The Bizzabo Event Experience OS is a data-rich open platform that allows Event Experience Leaders to manage events, engage audiences, activate communities, and deliver powerful business outcomes — all while keeping attendee data private and secure. Bizzabo powers events for world-leading brands, from Fortune 100 enterprise organizations and financial institutions to creative agencies and scaling tech companies. What you’ll be doing:

  • Evolve and extend the brand voice across different collateral
  • Understand, develop, and maintain the brand voice
  • Create brand voice guidelines as needed
  • Partner with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Experience

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of copywriting experience 
  • Strong writer who’s able to take complex ideas and technology, and make them easy to understand
  • Tech savvy, and eager to learn
  • Creative, outcome-focused approach to content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a team player attitude
  • Conceptual thinker with a strong creative vision
  • Strong understanding of branding and messaging
  • Collaborative and able to align various points of view to a common cause
