How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Since I am based in APAC, my team in the US is very mindful and accommodating with my scheduled work hours. My meetings are always within a reasonable time frame, not too early and not too late, giving me ample opportunity to spend quality time with my family.

What does your typical day look like?

Brainstorming and creativity aren’t just buzzwords at TA - they’re key ingredients in our process. As a Product Strategist, I get to see that collaborative magic every day as we solve challenges for our customers and team members. It’s incredibly rewarding to have a seat at the table and to see your input shape the company's success.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

TechnologyAdvice has a way of spotting potential and then unlocking someone's true capabilities in areas they probably didn't even know they were capable of. It is challenging, fun, and truly a place where the impossible becomes possible. I've been able to accomplish more in my time at TA than most do in other companies in their entire careers.

Shayleen

VP of HR and Administration

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

As a Content Director at TechnologyAdvice as well as a practicing visual artist, I am always seeking ways to encourage my team of editors and writers to approach their work with mindfulness. This entails giving yourself the grace to stop, breathe, and think about what you're doing, why you are doing it, and what you would like the outcome to be.

Llanor

Director of Content

How do you empower your team to be more creative?

As a member of the creative team, creativity's pretty important! We always try to bring a unique viewpoint to each other's projects and motivate each other to try new things when we review each other's work. After all, our work only improves when we challenge ourselves to improve, right?
